Bradley is a structural biologist at Monash University, Melbourne. He is a Discovery Early Career Research (DECRA) Fellow and has spent his career studying pore forming proteins in immunity, biotechnology and as insect pest controls in agriculture and disease prevention.

His work includes understanding the structure and function of complement (C9) from the membrane attack complex (MAC) and characterising pore forming proteins from bacteria and fungi.
